Over the Fence International Comedy Film Festival guidelines We are now calling for new and independent and those so inspired to get working on their comic masterpieces! We want them - call for entries 2007 . Cash prizes are in the offing and films must - Our definition for comedy - ‘A film which is driven by, or, ultimately concludes with an excellent sense of humour’
- Any format; Hi 8 - S-VHS - Digital - 8mm - 35mm etc - Any length between 2 to 30 minutes (anything over 10 minutes must be "bloody funny!!" - Any comic genre; black, slapstick, irreverent, romantic, political, subversive, absurd ... etc. - And must have an excellent sense of humour.
